Traditionally the word ‘Research’ brings to being a person taking up advanced levels of exploration and is rhymed with an image of white coats in labs or volumes of bound books under arms. ACAS realizes that unlike in the past, the current crop of undergrads explore a lot and the quality of exposure and the reach of technology at disposal can motivate them to be research. The UG Programme experiences are turned into baby steps for research at ACAS. The project they do as mandatory part of their programme is one such instance where our UG Research plan interferes. The very content delivery mode in classrooms is adapted to groom their curiosity. Rather than sticking to science, enquiry across realms and domains, in to art and music, culture and hospitality, food and fashion- all are identified and promoted.
