Gender Audit

The College conducts Gender Audit each year and it helps assess the perceptions of staff and students on gender related policies, regulations and its implementation. It also assists in creating awareness about gender equality and can lend support to the society’s efforts at gender parity. A team assigned with the task meets all staff and students and records the input through a questionnaire. The consolidated report is published on the college website too. Analysis of the report leads to renewed efforts at creating meaningful gender parity and sensitisation.
