I. Executive Body of the PTA:

II. General PTAs:

General PTAs are conducted once a year at Al Shifa College of Arts and Science.
These meetings serve as a platform for parents, teachers, and college administrators
to come together and discuss various aspects of the college's functioning. The
agenda for general PTAs includes but is not limited to:

• Sharing information: Updates on college policies, academic curriculum, extracurricular activities, and other relevant information are provided to parents.
• Feedback and suggestions: Parents have the opportunity to share their feedback, suggestions, and concerns regarding the college's operations, academic programs, and infrastructure.
• Parent involvement: General PTAs encourage parental involvement in college activities, volunteering opportunities, and initiatives aimed at student welfare.
• Discourse on student progress: Teachers provide an overview of students' academic progress, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. This allows parents to actively engage in their child's educational journey.

III. Class PTAs:
