An Industry Visit was organised for the Third Semester BBA students of Al Shifa College of Arts and Science* on 16 and 17 October 2026. A total of 28 students participated in the visit, accompanied by Ms. Rayhana K and Mr. Siyad PK, Assistant Professors of Management Studies.

The major academic component of the visit was the visit to Masco Tea Factory, Vagamon, where the students were given an opportunity to observe the various operations involved in the processing and production of tea powder. The visit provided practical exposure to the different stages of tea processing and helped students understand the application of concepts related to production and operations management in a real industrial setting.

The students also visited Vagamon and Ramakkalmedu as part of the two-day educational visit. These site visits provided students with an opportunity to explore the local environment and tourism attractions while gaining learning experiences beyond the classroom.
