Report on cake making workshop ‘Cake Up!’ organised by ED Club held on 20 December 2021.
Entrepreneurship Development Club at Al Shifa College of Arts and Science, Kizhattoor, Perinthalmanna, organised a one day workshop on cake making titled ‘Cake Up!’ by Ms. Sabina, Asst. Professor of English, on 20 December 2021, Monday between 11.30 am and 1.20 pm at Lecture Hall III. Mr. Muhammed Noufal M, Coordinator, ED Club, addressed the audience and described the opportunity awaiting for a successful baker and reminded that the session will be helpful for them to be a promising baker. He also pointed out that there are higher possibilities of getting additional income if one becomes a successful baker.
Ms. Sabina, Faculty of English, demonstrated the way in which cake is to be prepared. Students got inhand experience of making cake and they showed interest and involvement throughout the session. Finally, the output, ‘pineapple cake’ took form and was cut and tasted by Dr. Babu. P. K, Principal, Al Shifa College of Arts and Science. The session came to an end at 1.20 pm
