The PG Department of Psychology, in collaboration with the Centre for Psychometric Studies, successfully conducted a Personality Assessment Programme for the faculty members of Al Shifa College of Arts and Science on 29 July 2026 (Wednesday). The programme was held at 2:00 PM in the Seminar Hall of the college.

A total of 23 faculty members representing various departments participated in the assessment. The programme aimed to help faculty members gain a better understanding of their personality characteristics, promote self-awareness, and support personal and professional development.

The assessment was carried out using the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Revised (EPQ-R), a widely recognized and scientifically validated psychometric instrument developed by Hans J. Eysenck and Sybil B. G. Eysenck.
