The PG Department of Psychology organized an NPTEL Orientation Programme on 22 July 2026 at 11. 30 am for the MSc Clinical Psychology and MSc Applied Psychology students to familiarize them with the NPTEL (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning) platform and its academic benefits.

The orientation session was conducted by Ms. Jaseela, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce. During the session, she explained the registration process for NPTEL courses, guided students on creating an account and enrolling in suitable courses, and highlighted the relevance of NPTEL certifications in enhancing academic knowledge, skill development, and career prospects. She also emphasized how these courses can complement the students’ curriculum and improve their employability.

A total of 22 students actively participated in the programme. The session was interactive and informative, providing students with a clear understanding of the opportunities offered through NPTEL and encouraging them to make effective use of the platform.
