As an accomplished Assistant Professor with morethan five years of experience, she has utilized herdeep subject knowledge, strong research acumen, and effective mentoring skills to guide and transform her students, helping them realize their true professional potential and achieve success in their chosen fields.She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies, Kochi(KUFOS), and has completed her M.Phil. degree in Management from Bharathidasan University, TamilNadu. She holds a Master's Degree in Management(MBA) with specializations in Human Resource and Marketing from Jai Bharath College of Management, Ernakulam, and a Master's in Commerce (M. Com) from Bharathiyar University, Tamil Nadu. She earned
her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration(BBA) from PTM Gov. College in Perinthalmanna.
She has actively participated in various national and international level seminars and has published works
in her areas of interest, which include Business Management, Human Resource Management, and Marketing Management.
