Sajla Mol P. K. is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Al Shifa College of Arts and Science. She holds a Master’s Degree in Home Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Community Science from the University of Calicut. She has qualified the UGC-NET in Home Science and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration at Mahatma Gandhi University.

With professional experience spanning academia, clinical dietetics, and community nutrition, she has served as a Dietitian at Maanu Memorial Hospital, a Nutritionist under ICDS, and an Assistant Professor at various higher education institutions. Her areas of expertise include Nutrition Science, Food Science, Dietetics, Community Nutrition, and Health Education.
