Ms. Radhika A. is a postgraduate in English Language and Literature with over seventeen years of teaching experience across colleges and Higher Secondary institutions. She completed her undergraduate studies at St. Mary’s College, Puthanangadi, postgraduate studies at Govt. Victoria College, Palakkad, and B.Ed. from NSS Teachers Training College, Ottapalam. Having qualified both NET and SET, she actively engages in academic research, publication, and presentations at national and international conferences. She is particularly interested in innovative and student-centered pedagogy, especially the Flipped Classroom approach, which promotes active learning, critical thinking, and meaningful classroom engagement. Her academic interests include women’s writing, female-centered literature, and social issues affecting women.
