Febeena K. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of
Malayalam at Al Shifa College of Arts and Science, with a
distinguished track record in teaching, academic
coordination, and publication editing. She holds a Master’s
Degree in Malayalam Language and Literature from the
University of Calicut and is certified in Modern Indian
Languages (Malayalam) via SWAYAM MOOC. With
significant experience in higher education, she specializes
in Malayalam language teaching, academic writing, and
curriculum planning, alongside integrating digital learning
tools like Moodle LMS into teaching workflows.

She has held several key institutional and administrative
coordination roles. At Al Shifa College of Arts and Science,
she serves as a core NAAC & SAAC Criterion Coordinator,
the Staff Editor of the Annual College Magazine, and the chief Coordinator for the Library Council, the Movie Club, the Thanimalayalam Club, and the SC/ST Cell. A prolific institutional editor, she has helmed multiple departmental books and student anthologies, managed student blogs and podcasts, and has been recognized with awards for her research presentations and digital initiatives. Furthermore, her academic contributions include serving as a PSC Trainer, chairing sessions at international conferences, and delivering invited talks under community welfare organizations.
