The Career Training & Placement Cell of the College doesn’t act as an extra body as it involves right from the first day of the student at the College. From Semester 1 to Semester 6, the Undergraduates are put through a series of structured intentions, awareness building and training so that when they finish their programme and move out, they will have excellent exposure to the career scenario awaiting them and the skills, aptitudes and attitudes expected of them. It will also organize campus interviews of reputed companies and organizations and will also keep the students informed of the various openings in the career fields.

The Career Training & Placement Cell at Al Shifa College of Arts and Science is an integral part of the institution and its activities sync with the curriculum. CTPC has developed a system which carefully calibrates the career-related needs of the students and designs a coaching/training regime that addresses the needs in a personalised manner.
