Campus Activities

1. World Arabic Language Day Celebration:

The Arabic Club, Al Shifa College of Arts and Science observed World Arabic Language Day with various competitions for the students on 22 December 2023. World Arabic Language Day is celebrated worldwide on 18 December with the aim of celebrating multilingualism and cultural diversity. Competitions included Versification in Arabic, Quiz competition in Arabic, and Calligraphy Designing in Arabic.

2. Peer Training Session titled Type Right Arabic- Basic Arabic Typing Training:

The Arabic Club at Al Shifa College of Arts and Science organized a peer training session titled Type Right Arabic- Basic Arabic Typing Training on 28 November 2023. The session aimed to enhance participants’ proficiency in Arabic typing and foster a deeper understanding of fundamental typing techniques in the Arabic language. Mr. Muhammed Shameem Raza. N, Third Semester, B. A. Functional English student, took the lead in conducting the training.

3. Endless Opportunities in Arabic Careers:

Arabic Club rganised an orientation programme titled ‘ Discover Your Path: Endless Opportunities in Arabic Careers on 16 January 2023. The program aimed to help students understand career prospects in Arabic and provide them with insights into the skills required to succeed in the field.
