The Anti-Narcotics Cell of Al Shifa College of Arts & Science organized an Anti-Drugs Awareness Session on 31 July 2026 at 10:00 a.m.in the Seminar Hall to create awareness among students about the dangers of drug abuse and the importance of maintaining a drug-free lifestyle. The programme commenced with a Welcome Speech by Ms. Liyana Fathima V.P., Coordinator, Anti-Narcotics Cell, followed by the Presidential Address by Dr. Kamaludheen K.T., Principal.

The awareness session was led by Mr. Ramankutty K., Assistant Excise Inspector (G), EI & IB Malappuram, who delivered an informative talk on the harmful effects of drug abuse, its legal consequences, and preventive measures. The session was highly interactive and encouraged students to make informed and responsible choices. The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Miss Jyothika T., 3rd Semester B.Sc. Nutrition & Dietetics student.
