Inauguration of ED Club at Al Shifa Arts and Science college,Kezhatur, Perinthlmanna was held on 09 December 2020(Wednesday) by Mr.Joy Sebatian CEO, Techgentsia Software Technology,Kollam and the winner of make india contest 2020. He shared his experience in becoming an entrepreneur in a very simple and motivational manner and conveyed the hardships he faced to put up the business and become successful at the same time. He inspired the listeners to pursue their passion which can be developed into a business in future.
There were 53 participants including ED Club members from Alshifa Arts and Science,Keezhattur and participants from outside the campus. Mr.Mohammed Noufal coordinator of ED Club and Head of the Department of Economics delivered the welcome note, Principal Prof. PK Babu exhorted the ideal purpose of ED Club and he even adjured that ED Club shall not remain dormant at our college instead provides the students all possible avenues for enhancing their entrepreneurial skill and knowledge to become job givers rather than job takers.
Ms. Fathimath Shahshda proposed a vote of thanks. Ms. Ashida, faculty of Department of Commerce and Ms. Roshini of 1st B Com spoke. Participants enthusiastically came up with questions that were relied on by the speaker in a comprehensive and student friendly medium. The meeting was held on G Meet between 2.pm and 3 pm.
