Mini.V. K is Head and Assistant Professor at the Al Shifa College of Arts and Science in Perinthalmanna, Kerala, where she teaches in the Department of Commerce and Management Studies. She attended NMHSS Thirunnavaya for her secondary education and Co-operative Arts and Science College, Tirur for her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Co-operation). She then proceeded to work toward her professional goals by earning her postgraduate degree in M. com (Finance) from Majlis Arts and Science College in Puramannur, Malapuram. She obtained her M.Phil. from Sree Nararyana Guru College in Coimbatore in order to advance her profession. Now she is persuing her Ph.D from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. She achieved success in the UGC NET for Commerce. Her teaching experience as a guest lecturer in the Department of Commerce at MES KVM College in Valanchery has helped her develop professionally. Her articles have attempted to have an impact on the field of commerce by making numerous contributions to the research field.
