Report on “Ruchi Melam 2k22”, Food Fest Organized by the Department of Commerce with ED club, Al Shifa college of arts and science, keezhattur, Perinthalmanna, held on 22 March 2022 at College premises

The Department of Commerce with ED Club conducted a Food Fest titled “Ruchi Melam 2k22” at college premises. The event was a great success in terms of wide variety of food items and creative decoration of stalls from each class. There were a total of 6 stalls such as “Parudeeza, Kalakkachi, Koodaram, Badkkini, Carpe Diem and Salsamukk” It was a fine learning experience for the student organizers to acquire entrepreneurial skills.

This helped the students to learn teamwork, collaboration, and creativity. The idea behind the competition was to teach students to be good entrepreneurs in the future. The inauguration was done by Mr.Suhail Hamza, General Manager of ACAS in the presence of Dr. Babu. P. K., Principal of ACAS, faculties of all departments and the students of ACAS. The programme started with the judgment of stalls by faculties from Pharmacy College in the college ground around 11.45 am.

The prize was decided by presentation of the stalls. Every stall did well and the students worked hard for the fest. Koodaram stall won the prize. The program came to an end at 2.30 pm
