The Department of Management Studies, Al Shifa College of Arts and Science, Keezhattur, organised an Outbound Training (OBT) Programme for first-semester BBA Add-on students of the 2026–2030 batch at LEAD College Autonomous, Palakkad, on 16 and 17 October 2026.
The programme aimed to enhance students’ leadership abilities, teamwork, communication, confidence, and entrepreneurial skills through practical, experiential learning activities.

It provided students with opportunities to develop interpersonal skills, improve decision-making abilities, strengthen collaboration, and understand the importance of leadership in professional and personal development.
The two-day programme emphasised practical, actionable, experiential learning, encouraging students to move beyond the traditional classroom and engage in activities that promote personal growth and managerial effectiveness.
