The Department of Computer Science, Al Shifa College of Arts & Science, in association with FutureX – G-TEC and G-TEC Centre of Excellence, organized a workshop on “Agentic AI” on 17 August 2026 at the Seminar Hall. The programme began with a welcome address by Mr. Farhan V. M., Head of the Department, who welcomed the resource persons and participants. The session was led by Anaswer Ajay, Program Coordinator, FutureX – AI Development, and Midhun Sunil, Research Scholar in AI and Deep Learning, who introduced the participants to the concepts, applications, and future possibilities of Agentic AI.

The workshop provided students with valuable insights into emerging developments in Artificial Intelligence and AI agents. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Irshad A., who expressed gratitude to the resource persons, organizers, faculty members, and students for their valuable contributions and participation. The session was informative and helped students gain a better understanding of the growing role of Agentic AI in the future of technology.
