Saritha K. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Al Shifa College of Arts and Science with over a decade of experience in higher education. She holds a Master’s Degree in English and has qualified UGC-NET. She has completed her PhD in Gender Studies, Transgender Narratives, and Health Humanities.

She has held several academic and administrative positions, serving as Head of the Department of English for 9 years, Vice Principal for 7 years, Principal-in-Charge for 1 year, and IQAC Coordinator. She has been actively involved in academic planning, quality assurance, institutional development, research promotion, and faculty development initiatives.

A Certified International Trainer of Junior Chamber International (JCI), she has conducted training programmes for faculty members, students, and professionals on communication skills, leadership, public speaking, personality development, teaching-learning practices, and professional competencies. She has also served as a resource person for academic and training programmes organized by educational institutions and professional bodies.
